Leadership and management
LEVA's day-to-day operations are led by a multidisciplinary management team responsible for programme delivery, partnerships, operations and growth across the organisation and its programmes. Individual team profiles are available on programme pages where relevant.
LEVA Investments and BBBEE compliance
LEVA Investments is a registered non-profit company (NPC) with a Level 1 BBBEE rating. Through its shareholding in various companies, LEVA Investments contributes to improving BBBEE ownership scores for investee companies.All profits generated by LEVA Investments are 100% distributed to LEVA Foundation (PBO) in accordance with Broad-Based Ownership Scheme requirements. This structure allows corporate investment to directly support LEVA's youth development programmes while meeting compliance and transformation objectives.
Financial oversight
LEVA applies structured financial controls and oversight processes to ensure responsible stewardship of funds and transparent reporting to partners and funders.Annual budget overview (example)LEVA manages an annual operating budget that supports:
