Build problem-solving skills early
The earlier problem-solving starts, the better. This uses simple games to build coding and thinking skills in any classroom, reaching large numbers of learners through teachers.

WORK 4 A LIVING
Prepare young people for the reality of work
Work can feel abstract until you experience it. This prepares young people by showing how work actually works, building the confidence and readiness they need to take that first step into earning.

Redband
Train and place people into real jobs
Getting a job is one thing. Being ready for it is another. This programme trains people as baristas over five weeks and connects them directly to real work, with around 90% of graduates moving into jobs.

Re-trade
Grow informal trading into real businesses
Many small businesses start informally and stay there. This helps traders build stability, income and structure so they can grow beyond survival and move towards something more sustainable.
